The Launch of the African Research Universities Alliance (ARUA) Centre of Excellence for Non Communicable Diseases (ACE-NCDs) took place on Tuesday December 6 from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM EAT at Taifa Hall Main campus UON.

This event marks the launch of the Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Non-Communicable Diseases, whose aim is to develop and support NCD research and capacity building training on NCD prevention and management in Sub-Saharan Africa and guide NCDs policy formulation.

The University of Nairobi through Intellectual Property Management Office attended this year 2022 Kenya Innovation Week. This event was officially opened by the President of the Republic of Kenya Dr William Ruto. on 6th December 2022 at the Sarit Centre

University of Helsinki visited the University of Nairobi to continue to tackle issues in one health, teacher education and food security, and give all the support to make all the activities a success.
