Dr. Sarah Kaddu has been confirmed as a Panelist during Research Week 2020. She will present during the virtual conference on “The Value of Information Governance, Leadership & Ethics in Higher Education Institution”.
Dr. Kaddu, PhD, is a Research and Graduate Coordinator, EALIS, Makerere University. She is a Governing Council Member to AfLIA and the President, Uganda Library and Information Association. She is a Member of of the African Network of Information Ethics; and the Internet Governance Forum.
