The office of the Associate Vice-Chancellor, RIE and the Science, Technology & Innovation Strategy Development committee held a one day workshop to finalize the University of Nairobi Science, Technology and Innovation strategy. The committee is Chaired by Prof. Justus Munyoki, Professor of Marketing, Faculty of Business & Management Science.
The workshop was chaired by the Associate Vice-Chancellor, Research, Innovation & Enterprise, Prof. Jesang Hutchinson. Other committee members in attendance included; Prof. Attiya Waris - Director Research & Enterprise, Prof. Moses Nyangito - Dean, Faculty of Agriculture, Dr. Joseph Mutemi, Dr. Peter Akuon, and Mr. John Maina. The team was assisted by the secretariat led by Mrs. Annemarie Mahaga - Assistant Registrar, RIE. Other members of secretariat present included Mr. Simon Bett, Ms. Mercy Maina and Ms. Cherry Tay.
