Dr. Violet Makuku has been confirmed as a Panelist during Research Week 2020. She will present during the virtual conference on “The Value of Information Governance, Leadership & Ethics in Higher Education Institution”.
Dr. Violet Makuku has held the following positions at the Association of African Universities (AAU) since 2016: Quality Assurance Specialist, Workshops Coordinator and Project Manager - The Harmonization of African Higher Education Quality Assurance and Accreditation (HAQAA) Initiative. She has a PhD-Quality Assurance in University Education (UNISA, SA), MScEd-Curriculum Studies (BUSE, ZIM), BSc Geography Honours (BUSE, ZIM) , Dip Ed in Sec Ed (GTC, ZIM). She was formerly Director of Quality Assurance at the Bindura University of Science Education and lecturer in the same university for 12 years+
