Our Core Values

Governance

The Research, Innovation, and Enterprise (RIE) Division is headed by the Associate Vice-Chancellor (RIE) who steers and manages research, innovation, and enterprise activities, supported by the Research Development and Advisory Board as the main governance board whose membership is drawn from across the university and industry.

The Research Development and Advisory Board plays an advisory role to the Associate Vice-Chancellor (Research, Innovation, and Enterprise) on the following matters:

1. Research infrastructure development and formulation of appropriate policies;

2. Research planning, coordination, administration, logistical support;

3. Potential grant sources;
