Titilope Ajayi has been confirmed as a Keynote speaker during Research Week 2020. She will speak during the virtual 3rd Annual Victimology and Victim Support Conference. The theme of the conference is “Victim Resilience in Changing Times”.
Titilope Ajayi is a researcher and development practitioner with specialisms in gender, conflict and security, and civil society and civic space. Over the past 16 years, she has conducted research on gender mainstreaming in African security forces, state responses to violence against women, African security architectures and diverse aspects of civil society with a focus on Africa. She has also engaged high-level policy audiences in and outside Africa on the basis of her work around these issues.
