The Victor Rabinowitch Memorial Award for Young Leaders in International Scientific Cooperation will recognize and encourage young scientists to facilitate and promote novel and promising frameworks and approaches to international scientific cooperation. The award is not intended to support international research projects in and of themselves, but rather to recognize innovative methods and platforms to facilitate such projects as well as other forms of international scientific activity.
Three cash awards of six thousand dollars ($6,000) each, one in each of the following three focus areas, will recognize innovative and promising approaches to the solution of global problems.
