On behalf of the Vice Chancellor Prof Stephen Kiama, Prof Margaret J. Hutchinson, Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Research, Innovation And Enterprise (RIE) received courtesy call from the University of Washington led by Prof Carey Farquhar and Prof Stephanie Page from the University of Washington who came around for the Agenda for Annual Review Meeting 2024 University of Nairobi STD/HIV/SRH Collaborative Research Group being held at the Serena Hotel Nairobi.
From the University of Nairobi, the team was led by Prof. Ruth Nduati, Prof. Delton Wamalwa, Dr. Marianna Mureithi and Dr. Alfred Osoti.
The UW and UoN have great collaboration and partnership, UON being one of their oldest partner in research especially in the areas of Medicine and Public Health.
The team was around for a week.
