On the path traced by previous editions of the Conference, its concrete results in the field of the e-service4Dev and several preparatory meetings, this 22nd edition intends to define a roadmap of all the possible options to empower the protagonists of the change in progress. The parameters of a new-born civilization must be recognized, collected, and directed towards a vision that enhances human rights and finds its inspiration in the SDGs proclaimed by the United Nations as the operational compass for orientation.
